Paradise Valley Plumbing fits our requirements perfectly. Christian Olson is good person who is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and responsible - everything you would want in a craftsman. Paradise Valley is a family owned and staffed company so we are going to get the same people on each visit who know us and we know them. Plus Paradise Valley Plumbing has been established here for a long time so we don't have to worry that they wouldn't be here the next time we call.

Our technician Austin Kaimalia fixed an emergency plumbing issue. He was beyond nice and professional. I will definitely use Penguin for all my future electrical and plumbing needs. I wrote down his name because he was someone you feel comfortable having in your home. The company is extremely lucky to have such a personable, timely and articulate employee working for them.

We haven’t had any issues with this company before. A tech came out after 3 weeks of waiting for a part that we originally were told would take the weekend to receive. The tech came out for an hour and then told me he received another job and had to go but the main office would call us. He left the job to go somewhere else. Im sorry, but what?The job did not get fixed. Our AC is still broken. I called them and the person who answered the phone did not listen to a thing I said and just ensured he would have them call me ASAP. Which they didn’t, but they did call my husband to ask how the appointment went and if everything was running smoothly. I returned the call immediately and after 10 minutes on hold, it went to voicemail. I’ve now been on hold with them again for 10+ minutes. Unacceptable.

Scott has been great to work with and has solved many issues at my home. He was able to fix a years-long AC problem and also installed a new water heater quickly when my old one died. He's professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

Tyree was amazing! Hands down best tech I’ve had. He stayed until the job was complete no matter the time! Appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure my kiddos and I were safe!
