I called Water Heaters Only on Friday 4/17/15 as my hot water heater started leaking. They said they could install a new unit the next day - no extra Saturday charge. Don showed up and did a great job. He extended the piping on the gas valve to make it easier to shut off if there should be an issue. Nice to have someone look out for you for no extra charge. This is the second time I have used Water Heaters Only and I highly recommend their service. Their prices are very good compared to larger plumbing firms. (Order No: 1066 573)

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.
