My insurance company (Fidelity national Home Warranty) contacted Water Heaters Only. I received a call first thing the next morning and Don was Johnny on the spot! He confirmed the water heater needed replacement and completed the job within a couple hours.
The reason for the lower rating and our only concern was that there was an extra charge to move the soft water unit that wasn't covered by FNHW and was moved before we even had an opportunity to decide to pay the additional costs for this. We felt forced to have him continue with the job.

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.
