First I must say that I was very pleased with how promptly Day & Night responded to The service rep, Cameron McCormick did a complete survey of possible problem. He was careful to not damage anything in the area. He wore shoe protectors. He explained possible reasons for the water issue. He was a positive representative of Day and Night standards of service. He observed COVID protocol during his time. I would request Cameron McCormick again.
