Best Electrical Panel Repair in Phoenix AZ

We had a major plumbing back up. Toilets and showers. A repair man named Pete fixed it all. I am not a plumbing novice and I could not fix it. I removed toilet the whole nine yards. These guys are great and honest. Call Oarker and dons before George Brazil. I have had both and Brazil is tooooo expensive.

I have used George Brazil for AC work in the past and have always had a good experience. I recently contacted George Brazil for some Electrical work and I am so happy that I did. The guy (Joe) who came out to my home was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, worked quickly and went over everything with me. What a great experience I had with Penguin! I travel for work and I had new appliances being delivered to my new home and needed a water line installed for the ice maker. A previous appointment with another company got messed up at the last minute and I was in Wisconsin.I called around desperate to find someone. No one could help me until I called Penguin. They were so helpful over the phone and told me not to worry they would take care of everything for me. They were there, as promised, the next day right as the appliances were arriving. Turns out they didn't need to do anything, which they were happy to tell me. They could have created some work to do and charged me, but they didn't.Communication was absolutely outstanding with a text message a half hour before arriving, and a phone call from the technician upon arrival. Then a follow-up email from the company to make sure everything was good and that I was completely satisfied.I will be using Penguin exclusively for plumbing and HVAC work in the future and feel fortunate to have found them. Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...
