Best Electrical Panel Repair in Phoenix AZ

Technicians are great - Knowledgeable, on time, well spoken, all the best “stuff”.I had the “Re-Pipe” done as the copper had leaked three times due to “pinholes” brought on, ostensibly, by age related corrosion and was told that the solution is to replace all the copper pipe in the house with plastic “Pex”. A two day job.The work was started on time and as stated with “Day One” being planning, routing etc for the new pipes. A couple of hours into the job, I checked in to see how things were progressing (I work full time and cannot support a “shoulder-to-shoulder” job monitoring).To my horror, everything in my home was covered in drywall dust. Everything. Beds, pillows, dressers, carpet, a black lacquered piano, four guitars, 2 antique and 3 vintage clocks, a 1920s Victor Victrola, a19th century cylinder music box, furniture, drapes, three computers, a laser printer, three “Smart” T.V.s, the entire kitchen and pantry, the entire Heat and Air system and ducts - Everything.Parker and Sons said they “Sweep up the general area, but, yeah, drywall dust is a bear”.The guys were great - Nice crew, we all had lunch and they are working to Parker and Sons standards. But I get stuck with the clean-up bill (ever had a 19th century music box or an antique grandfather clock serviced?).Very nice people, really great. But I CANNOT recommend Parker and Sons any longer.

The service was very professional and quick. He was very upfront with the pricing and was completely honest. He will also educate you on the plumbing, how it works (even showing graphs and visuals!), and what he will do. When doing his work, he will continually explain you his process so you aren't left in the dark on explanations.

Only good things about Mike. He was knowledgeable, and courteous. He gave us budgetary options. He was well equipped with the supplies he needed.
He cleaned up nicely, and took any debris with him.....and...our feline was very fond of him as well, stuck around until the shop vac came out!!!

Joey Miller was our HVAC Specialist. He was professional and honest, took the time to understand our plans and budget for our home, and was super friendly with our dog! Joey was transparent throughout the process — sharing photographs and video of what he found inside our HVAC system, and making recommendations and putting together multiple quotes to allow us to have options. He clarified and answered all questions we had throughout the process. His customer service was amazing!

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...
