Troy saved us! Our AC went out and Troy was able to get us all set up quickly and efficiently! My favorite thing about Troy and Penguin Air is that he took the time to explain EVERYTHING. He showed us what he found on the roof and videos of the problem. We had a different company come out prior to Penguin Air and they were annoyed that we were asking questions and struggling with what was being said to us. Troy was so amazing by getting ahold of his boss to find the best way to get our unit fixed. Troy is my hero! Thank you thank you thank you!!

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business.
