Excellent service from start to finish. First-class operation, from receptionist to service technician/electrician. I couldn't have been more pleased with the courtesy and responsiveness. They did alot of work for me in our home and came through on very short notice. I was so impressed that without hesitation I comitted to a service plan. They earned my trust and I'll continue to use them for any service needs in the future.

I needed to replace my 18 year old system, I decided to go with Penguin air based in part on the wonderful reviews.Unfortunately my experience was not as positive as many others.Technicians spent the majority of the day waiting for a gas furnace, which had not been delivered with the rest of the components, this despite having 9 days between accepting their quote and installation day to coordinate what was necessary.It was not made clear when hiring Penguin air for the installation that up to 3 separate appointments would be required to complete the work I agreed to.To this date, 7 weeks after installation I still have no receipts or warranty information.These and other issues have been addressed with Penguin Air to varying degrees of satisfaction.On the whole this was a very disappointing experience.
