We found a small water spot around 9am and gave them a call. They put us on stand by but made it too us same day. Gennaro was super friendly. He made sure to show us everything that he found and discussed everything before doing anything. It’s our first time owning a home and having an issue. They seriously made the process so much easier. He also discussed the option for monthly servicing to check water heater and whatnot which we plan on doing! Thank you guys so much.

Jesse was a true professional with a toilet repair that I unsuccessfully attempted myself. Did a great job and cleaned up everything after work was complete. Even wore a mask. Highly recommended.

He replaced it within minutes and set it up and demonstrated how to use the options on the thermostat. Bryan was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Penguin Air. They were able to come out and get my air conditioner back up and running the same day I called! The girl who answered the phone and scheduled my service was very kind quick to get us going. They even sent me a text message with the Technicians picture so I knew what he would look like. The service techs were very professional and informative. I liked my service so much I purchased the warranty service package to keep them coming back to service my air conditioner. Their quick response and super friendly staff/techs really helped with a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.Update: We have now had Penguin Air come and replace our main water line when ours burst. Carl and Jose were great and did an awesome job. And ours was especially tough since they had to drill through a surprisingly tough wall! Thank you very much guys for the hard work!
