We hired Parker and Son's to perform our annual maintenance on our Ecowater RO system, and Ecowater softener. I can't say enough good about this company, they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the prior company we used. The technician, Ezekiel, was professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He was a joy to have work in our home. The service fees and parts cost were less than the prior company, with no price gouging or high pressure sales. We will continue to use Parker and Son's for all of our future needs. Even if you say that a person will go that extra mile for you, does not come close to describing the effort that Mark put forward to get my dryer to work. Mark had to go up to the middle of the attic, stepping carefully from beam to beam, then lift and hold-in- place a heavy coil of air conditioning duct, just to get to the junction box in order to work on it and fix it.Fixing the dryer's plug, junction box, breaker panel, and review of the house was greatly appreciated by both my wife and I. I had a busted pipe in my yard. Debbie was amazing! I ended up signing up with them and I was able to contact them for estimated time and our technician Vlad was awesome! My grandpa loved him. Very nice guy and was happy to have him as our technician.
