Rickey was my water heater specialist and he went above and beyond, refusing to leave until my entire issue was resolved. I called for a water heater issue and once that was resolved then a water pressure issue arose causing a new issue for my ultimate goal which was simply to take a hot shower now that the weather is getting colder. Reggie stuck around and tested a few things until he was able to not only provide my house with hot water but also the desired water pressure. I would recommend Rickey and this company to any of my friends or family!!! 10/10 service all around

I had two sinks that were backed up on New Years Eve and needed fixed ASAP due to the party I was having. I called George Brazil around 10AM and they showed up within an hour of my call. Due to my home being built in the 50’s and had no clean out I was charged $498.00 for the service call. The service man was onsite for 1 hour and was very knowledgeable. I believe in paying for what you get, but this is expensive. The only reason for giving 3 stars is due to the price.After posting this, the billing manager Amy reached out to me to go over the charges and she confirmed that the charge was accurate. To my surprise Amy offered me a discount to help offset the cost. Thank you George Brazil for your kindness.

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt
