Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. After suspecting we had a leak we called our home warranty company and they sent out a company(Anytime Home Services). Without getting to much into it we were unhappy with there service, or lack of. We called George Brazil and they came out same day. They gave us a quote and we scheduled them to come out Monday to fix the problem. Brad and Dave showed up and were very professional. the leak did not end up being where the previous company said it was and they had to call the leak locator back to find where the leak was. They said he would not be here for several hours and assured us they would hang around the area so they could be there when he arrived. They said they may need to be here until midnight but that they would get us up and running today. Brad explained everything throughout the day. Once they finally located the leak it did not take anytime to fix They cleaned up covered the holes they made to access the pipes and recommended someone to fix them. I see many reviews that say they are expensive compared to other companies. They were a little more than the previous company but I think their outstanding customer service and professionalism were well wort it.

Landon is always a pleasure to work with! He has been to my house twice, I request him. I had 2 different plumbing issues. Both times he worked efficiently, cleaned up any mess and was personable! Highly recommend Penguin and Landon!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work.
