We were shown the old hardware that was broken after inspection for two of our sinks along with our outside main water valve. The tech was helpful in educating us on different things along with correcting corrosion and multiple difficult tasks. Option One Plumbing saved the day. I made the mistake of putting very large amount of cooked rice down disposal on Superbowl Sunday making essentially rice pudy in my main line. Because they were so close to my house I first called ProSkill plumbing however they were unavailable but recommended Option One plumbing. Option One Plumbing was able to work me in the same morning, arrived very close to their time window estimated. To my skeptical surprise the $49.50 price was not a starting point price like most companies it was the actual to the penny price i paid. Their plumber Alvaro was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and within 15 minutes had the clog cleared. Alvaro stayed to make sure drains from whole house worked. I try to always give kudos along with not so good reviews since it seems to be the best way to figure out who will give me good service. Hope this helps the next person.
