Had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. I had my sewer back up and the plumber that I called could not unclog it. I had a service line warranty and they sent out Moon Valley Plumbing. They ended up digging up my yard and replacing about 10 feet of sewer line. The guys that came out, Alex and Cole, were very nice and professional. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. They put my yard back together and made everything up to code. If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely call Moon Valley.

Richard with The Aussie Plumber did an amazing job replacing my busted water heater. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Matt saves the day once again. I smelled a faint odor of gas in the closet where the water heater is off the back patio. Matt was there with in probably an hour. Fairly easy fix and done!

I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
