I was very displeased with the last 2 plumbers I had used. I met Franz while he was on another job on Shea and obtained his card as I knew my water heater needed replacing. I was very pleased with the service I received, Franz explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was polite, professional and left no mess.

I have no doubt I will use him for future plumbing needs.

I have already recommended JohnCo to others that may or may not have a warranty program. The front office also is extremely professional. Tracie was a pleasure to deal with. Good install but deplorable service when it came to honoring the 10 year warranty. Techs are good but management has placed sales on their shoulders as well and it's a poor fit. I had a simple issue that ACE claimed to be a $1000 non warranty item and quoted exclusions that do not exist in my original contract.Had the repair done by others for less then $200,,, and they didn't insult my intelligence or try to sell me duct cleaning.I'll never recommend ACE. Check out BBB website for other terrible experiences.
