They were very responsible and kept us abreast of their investigation. Chris and Jonathan were attentive of our questions and patient.

Not only Blue Plumbers take care of my initial issue, but they also went above and beyond by helping me out with another water valve as a courtesy. This level of service truly sets them apart from other plumbing companies. It is not always easy to find a good plumber that you can trust to get the job done right, but this company exceeded my expectations in every way.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.
