Where do I start...I am beyond impressed. During a home renovation project, I just so happened to puncture a water line with my nail gun...TWICE ??‍♀️ I didn't find until a couple hours later after returning home from dinner, that the floor was flooded. After listening for, finding and holding the hole for an hour after the main water shutoff wasnt working and realizing everything was closed and I had no further recourse, I called Parker and sons.Cue, STEVE!!!! He was there within 30 minutes (at MIDNIGHT!) and was the nicest, most knowledgeable helpful worker I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. He helped me to locate ANOTHER leak, fixed it on the spot and got me well on my way to showering off all my poor decisions, all without cutting into the newly installed shiplap wall. I cannot say enough nice things about him, if you have an emergency, Parker and sons (more specifically Steve with the viking hair) is the way to go. Thank you!

After dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for at least the 4th time this year, I called a different plumber, George Brazil. I was able to have someone answer my call after 7pm and set up an appointment for me the next day. I received a call to let me know the plumber was on the way. I then received a text and an email with the plumber’s picture so I would know who would be entering my home.Larry arrived and asked questions after I described the issue to pinpoint what the problem could be. He discussed with me the options and showed me the cost of each. We began with the most conservative approach but the drain was still a problem after he did things to ensure it would stay open. When I decided to go ahead with the hydrojetting, he was able to get the necessary equipment and help in less than an hour. The clog was difficult and tough to resolve for a few reasons, but Larry kept working on it and then double and triple checked to make sure this flow would remain. It was clear by the camera footage, I saw that the previous plumber had not done the hydrojetting I had previously paid for.Larry treated our home as he would want someone to treat him. I am grateful that George Brazil and Larry were able to help with a long term problem. I have already deleted the other plumber from my phone and would recommend George Brazil to anyone.

We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor.
