The two stars is based on cost. Looking at other reviews, I don’t doubt this company does quality work.

We called because our water heater went out. The person on the phone was polite and the plumber was prompt and also polite.

The problem was $2100 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. Really? The cost of the unit ranges from $450 to $700. That means the cost of labor is at minimum is $1400. That’s excessive for a very common job. I feel bad for those who have previously paid this much.

We called a retired plumber we know and he said this price is way out of line. He contacted a licensed contractor he knows and we ended paying half of this quote for a quality job.

I will never use ACE Home Services again!!! Never…..what a rip off!!!!!!! All the tech did was take advantage of the situation, trying to sell me a new unit. Charged me 366.40 to replace 1 fuse when anyone with half a brain would have replaced both fuses and then the fuse he replaced blew 2 days later. Sorry not Sorry!!!!!!Thanks for nothing ACE Home Services??????????????????

His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
