Best Heater Issue in Phoenix AZ

I had ACE come out and Mike let me know I needed a completely new unit. ACE installed the unit the next day. It was expensive, but I needed it so I bit the bullet. They took all of the old equipment out and left it outside near the curb telling me that the company they use, Tin Man, would be around to pick it all up by 3:00. When they still had not picked up by 4:30, I called ACE and spoke with Christian who said she would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. When she didn't call back after 45 minutes I called her again. She again said she'd call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. She did and told me that Tin Man would see if they could still come out and pick up the old equipment. My neighbors were upset with the pile of equipment by the curb and my homeowner's association had already called me about it. I had to insist that Tin Man HAD to come out asap to pick it up, not IF they could. Two days later my new AC unit was not cooling the house down anymore. My thermostat was set at 77 and the house was 82 degrees. I called ACE and they told me that someone would be out the next morning between 7 and 11. They could not get anyone out the same day because they had emergencies. They told me that if I didn't answer the phone when they called to let me know they were coming that they would skip over me. That is where I stand right now. Needless to say, it has not been a good experience.
