Mark came out to do an assessment of my plumbing. I already had two quotes from other businesses to line the outgoing plumbing. Mark arrived on time, clearly communicated the process with me and provided additional information (articles etc) based on my questions. Mark and Brandon did a great job though there were a couple of unexpected issues that arose due to the age of my house. Mark honored the original quote though it ended up being a bigger job than anticipated. He also came back the next week to make sure the drains were running properly, and they were :) Thank you for your help and I highly recommend using this company.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

Not only did he fix the problem we were having with our water flow, but he also went above and beyond to check our entire plumbing system and identify any potential issues that could arise in the future. His thoroughness and attention to detail were truly impressive.

I came home after being out of town for a week, to find half of the house flooded. I figured it must have been the washer hose or water heater. Unfortunately, the issue was under the house foundation.
After consulting a few companies that specialize on this type of repair, I was genuinely shocked at some of the unprofessional demeanor, as well as the price variations.

Personal experience: They were beyond professional and super reasonable for the amount of work that was preformed.
Note: They basically rewired the main plumbing line into the attic and down between the walls to the inside manifold that feed the whole house.
3 individuals worked all day, none stop. In addition, with minimal collateral damage. Meaning, they did not damage drywall, floor etc.
Truly utmost impressed with this team!! I would unequvaquly recommend them to anyone!

These guys were my heroes today. Our water heater blew out this afternoon and the house was a mess. They showed up asap with a new water heater, installed it perfectly...all with a friendly attitude. Would definitely call them again. Thanks guys!

I had an issue with the pressure valve on my water heater and called Elemental Plumbers for help. They were able to come out on the same day and fixed the problem promptly. I was impressed with their excellent service and grateful for their prompt response. I highly recommend Elemental Plumbers for any plumbing needs.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

An amazing company. Was in need of emergency repairs and was spoken to straight away with my pipes serviced immediately. From the moment i enquired to the moment my leaks were fixed I was more than happy !! Would deffo recommend to anyone super reasonable prices ☺️☺️

I recently had GreenStar Plumbing's plumber, Ronnie, come out to unclog our drain line. He was very courteous and professional, and he identified the problem with their camera. He was done with the job in about half an hour and their prices were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem and I will definitely be using them again.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. He completed each task in a timely manner. I would recommend Quick Fix 24/7 to anyone looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and efficient.

Last Friday I had them come out and found out there was an issue with a electric dampener. The heat was running all the time.
They replaced it today and then found out that the duct portion was not really correctly connected. Not good quality control.

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.
