They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Getting a 2nd opinion from Day & Night was the best decision I made regarding my unit. Thanks to Philip's knowledge and taking time to explain his thoughts on the installation of my current unit, I was able to contact the company that installed my unit with information that proved the original installation was not completed properly. They fixed the things Philip suggested at no charge. Originally, they wanted to charge me $1300 labor. The worst decision I made was not having Day & Night install my unit. Day & Night provided prompt service. The receptionist was also very nice.

We are very happy with the services provided by Ryan and Chip. Fast, trustworthy and responsive. Couldn’t ask for more!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
