I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Dave showed up ready to work. He was able to address and access the issue by just looking at the damage. I was able to resolve the issue the same day and that was a relief. Simple things like flushing the toilet are not really thought of until you can't. Dave's expertise allowed me to understand what happened in my home. He explained and showed me the problem areas and issues. It showed that he cared. That was important. Thank you for coming out in such short notice. C

I will definitely use them again. Good to know there are still those that care about customer service. Also, good to know that plumbers come out on Sundays! :-)

Matt was great! Few weeks ago on a Saturday late afternoon when others didn't reply, Matt replied and was available. He came on time and was able to unclogged the main line. On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay.
