Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.
