I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! Spoke with Mr Thompson, and gave me sound advice on how to resolve my issue. He told he could not get to me the same day and offered a suggestion which corrected my problem. Now a days you normally get that type service. One thing I know for sure I will call Mr Thompson again when I have a plumbing project or issue to get resolved! Thanks Again!!!

Brian Turner and his crew did an outstanding job at our church. Brian explained the process in detail of what had to be accomplished and resolved all our plumbing problems. We received excellent service.

We had an emergency. Our basement bathroom flooded. Flushable wipes were the culprit. Jarrod called when he was 20 minutes away. Arrived early. He was polite and respectful and very knowledgeable. He assessed the basement then the outside of our house. He cleaned the main drain line to the sewer. We paid for a warranty and he explained that the area will be covered unless they come out and find more wipes. They won’t! I will absolutely reach out to Zoom for future plumbing issues and I will refer them to any and everyone I know who needs plumbing services.

Matt was wonderful! He called me almost immediately when I requested a quote. I requested a quote from 3 other companies at the same time and still haven’t heard from them. I’m glad to have found him he is great, he showed up when he said he would, he worked quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. He explained what he was doing and even cleaned up after the job was done! Before he even left I saved his number in my phone knowing I would be calling him for future repairs.

These guys were awesome! They got the air handler unit hvac replacement job done in under two days, cleaned up well, kept me updated on what they were doing and when they would arrive! Thanks very much!

I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day. They even walk away with your plunger! Never again, lesson learned. 8/7: Update to my initial review. I just used for the first time the new water valve they replaced in the backyard where my hose is connected. The water pours directly out from the wall, great job guys! Maybe you should be less concerned about the reviews for your company and more concerned about the quality of your work. You heard right, they made a special trip to our home, after my initial review, to question my elderly Mother about my review. Another thing I need to replace after this company did the initial job!

I would not recommend them to anyone! Makes up prices as they go and have no respect customers. I would definitely not recommend Emilio Melendez to do work in anyones house! EVER Absolutely ignorant.
