I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Notice my water heater was leaking Tuesday morning. Called Mike at Reliable at 8 a.m. He had his guys out there by 9:30 a.m. Prompt ,courteous and true professionals. Highly recommend Mike and his crew !!

This winter we had a pipe break outside by the hose bib and water was flowing everywhere. Our father is elderly and lives in the house and cannot go without water for several hours at a time. I called Joseph (I live out of town) indicating an emergency. He could not have been more responsive and efficient. What could have been a disaster was quickly averted by Joseph and his nephew.
