I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price. Was referred by Oliver heating and cooling. Our problem was that the main sewer line leading out of the house was clogged. Technician was very timely on arrival from initial call. Explained in easy to understand terms what the problem might be and the steps he as going to take to correct the problem. Determined the problem and solved it. Very helpful, polite, empathetic.would gladly refer others to him and his company. Even contacted Oliver Heating and Cooling to thank them for the referral.

Our water heater died over the weekend, I called Mr Rooter and they sent out a tech within a half hour. PJ came by and provided reasonable and fair assessment of replacing our water heater. He came back first thing the following morning and quickly installed the new tank. Really happy with their immediate and fast service and labor!

Awesome customer service. They started a job on my block (2100 block garnet st.) And the city ended up taking over. The city workers left a huge pothole in the street and a big pile of dirt taking up a whole parking space. I didnt know the city took over so i called Draino to let them know about the mess that was left so after he told me it was the city i said ok i will call the city and Carlos offered to come out and fill the pothole and remove the pile of dirt even tho it was nottheir responsibility. Awesome guys and excellent customer service
