They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I couldn't sleep last night because of the leak in my kitchen sink. Called drains r us and they came out on a Sunday!...early morning, which was great for me .. technician hung was quick and knowledgeable... he did such a great job...now I can start my Sunday without worry.. thanks to tuan and his team from drains r us!

Zoom Drain was a lifesaver when our main sewer drain got clogged and the downstairs toilet overflowed when people upstairs were showering. Nadir came out as fast as he could, and spent an hour and 45 minutes making sure everything was cleaned out. The fiber optic video showed me how the whole sewer line into the house and then 52 feet into the public sewer line, to assure that everything was gone. Highly recommended when you’ve got a plumbing emergency! Nice, courteous staff and a fast response.

Smelled gas in the basement and Tyler came out within a half hour and diagnosed the leak. He was then able to replace the leaky pipes the same day. Very satisfied with the work and highly recommend calling Mr. Rooter when you have an issue.

This is a plumbing company, but they advertised that they also did decks in Philadelphia. We had an absolutely miserable experience working with McClain Bros. on a new deck. We were told we would have a deck in one week, by Father's Day. Now it's mid-August, and their partially-built, structurally unsound, illegally-built deck has been removed and we are out thousands of dollars and back to square one. Tough lesson to learn.

This company has employees who throws trash out of their work van outside restaurants and don’t care I don’t recommend people like this and neither should you!
