After completing the job, the worker grabbed my credit card and held it behind his back, refusing to give it back until I gave him a 5-star review in front of him. Then Roto Rooter deleted my review and sent me some useless form letter pretending they were looking into the incident.

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. And there were a few. I wish all my jobs could be handled this way. Thank you rotor Rooter keep up the excellent work.

Hi I highly recommend Tuan at Drains R Us Llc for your plumbing needs! I called yesterday early eve regarding a partial clog in our home. When our washer water would drain, the basement toilet would bubble and backyard outdoor drain would fill up with water. As soon as the washer stopped draining out all the water, everything would go back to normal. Tuan came out the next morning and the job was bigger than expected (we’re a corner property with a front lawn), so he called up his partner to assist. Everything was taken care of and we all all good to go! I just did a load of laundry and no problems when the washer water drained. Thank you Tuan and partner for helping us out! My family and I were without hot water for about a week because of water damage to our almost new 50 gallon tank. Mr. Rooter's staff was able to install a tankless water heater for a fair price (same ball park as two companies, and substantially less than the 4th).Curt and Tyler were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to restore our hot water.While other companies quoted this as a multiple day job, Mr. Rooter's staff got the project done in about 6 hours, which was fantastic! The total team of four members helped throughout the process of removing and installing.I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for their plumbing services, even if you're unsure- allow them the opportunity to quote the job, and earn your business.. you will not be disappointed! We got the work done in April, but I waited a bit to make sure it worked as well as I'd hoped... tankless water heaters are worth the extra money.

we were very happy to be able to have someone that had reasonable prices and was consistent and did a great job. Tony was very courteous and helpful. we used him twice for plumbing issues and he did a great job fixing everything. we definitely would use him again and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Charlie and his helper came for a second opinion after our 1st plumber hired didn't even come inside and rushed to judgement. Charlie took his time to fully diagnose the issue, testing all 3 bathrooms and two stacks, to find the exact issue AND a satisfactory resolution. Very satisfied. Will absolutely hire again.

This company has employees who throws trash out of their work van outside restaurants and don’t care I don’t recommend people like this and neither should you!

WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself
