They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Tuan immediately came out on a Saturday when I had a backed up sewer issue and needed immediate help. He was professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this plumbing and drain service. I would definitely use him again.

The customer service when I first called Zoom to schedule was excellent, friendly and efficient, which was instant peace of mind for an emergency main drain/flooding problem. Jim was the service provider who came to my home and he was above and beyond my expectations. He was on time, friendly, and took time to listen to everything I had to say before he got working. He was professional and efficient, but also didn’t rush and took the time to get to the root of my system issues. He took a great deal of time and care to make sure I understood what was going on, how it happened, and what needed to happen next. He offered as much insight and expertise as he possibly could, and never rushed me as I thought of new questions. I would recommend Zoom and Jim to anyone I know.

My service technician was named Kevin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I needed new outdoor faucet as the old one broken and leaking.Kevin explained what needed to be repaired and whyI was given reasonable estimate and short 30 minutes later my job was completed. Scheduled a sewer inspection. I was not home, wife was home. I was told the line was holding 25ft of water and it was rotted out. Repair cost $4350. Came home from work and watched the video provided by them and barely seen any water in the line or any rot. Had another plumber come snake the drain and clean it and record another video. He says the drain is fine, no rot, no water, just some grease build up. McClain said they would come back out 2 days in a row to look at it again and never showed up. DO NOT USE. Trying to SCAM people and do unnecessary repairs. Not trustworthy at all.

Very expensive and mostly interested in remediation work for the insurance claim they want you to put in.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
