Overall the company was prompt getting back to me regarding my online request for service. While I scheduled for later in the week, They offered same day service for repairs that were non-emergency repairs. I felt that their prices were fair and the staff was knowledge and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to others and call again when we have other repairs.

Best choice replace my line from water main to my line in sidewalk on Hartville STREET JIM A and his brother RACH L did good job both men work hard very hard with face mask on today. JIM explain all my questions with knowledge he ask me if I want to replace my line all the way to basement witch was notNessasary but I really am thankful for him to ask all these questions. Very hard job very muddy mess and they clean up so so well. The water company came and shut my water off and left a big mess but best choice and his guys made it look like they never came. MTD drains showed up within 48 hours and promptly diagnosed the issue. Bob made it a point to double check the entire line with his scope and let us know the full work that was needed. We called other plumbers and they wouldn’t even show up or wouldn’t commit to doing it and Bob promised to be there in a day and did the work. He was incredibly professional and did great craftsmanship. Use MTD drains if you want your plumbing headaches taken care of quick.

What can I say?Thanks to Hughes Plumbing the house heating system is inoperable. They left a 71y/o Vietnam War Veteran who was later diagnosed with cancer without heat for the rest of the cold season.They were hired to repair a steam house heater, they said it was the piping that was wrong (same piping was there when we bought the house 5 years earlier), they “Repaired” the piping after we took out a loan to pay them several thousand dollars, heat worked for a while and then never came on again.Called almost every day practically begging for them to come check it out. Calls went ignored, any appointment I was able to make were no shows and the reality of them not caring was real.Mr. Hughes you really should do the right thing.I depended on you and your company to fix our problem, and now due to your negligence, my senior father and I have figure out how we will come up with at least 50K to fix the entire system because that’s what was quoted due to the extensive work that has to be done to correct what you and your company did.My father does not deserve this.

I’ve used this company two separate times. They were always professional and knowledgeable. Also patient and informative when I asked questions. Not to mention I received estimates from other companies and they were much higher. One company didn’t even show up! The plumber from Quality showed up at the time he scheduled and didn’t waste any time getting to work. I will definitely be using them again.

I was desperate to get this done before today's heavy rain storm because the water and sewage would back up into my basement and and I would have been cleaning all weeknd instead of barbecuing.
