Best Pipe Restoration in Philadelphia PA

The first plumber (Jeff) that came out to the house had a nasty attitude and I’ indirectly was asking for More money than was agreed upon. The second, had a better attitude but Still was trying to get more money from us and as you can see by the photo he came into our Home with a GUN!

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! I will definitely be calling them in the future if ever I need service again and highly recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

Great customer service!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I am deleting my review because it was not Precision Plumbing that did the service for my mother. It was Precision Tech and they only use Precision Plumbing on their business card. They not only ripoff seniors, but they also setup their business cards to read like they are a different company. If I would not have went to check my review and see the response, I would not have dug further into the company name. They are apparently using your good service to their advantage because they absolutely cover up their true company name unless you really dig for it. I’m sorry for the confusion and the real company used is Precision Tech in Manalapan.

Matt was wonderful! He called me almost immediately when I requested a quote. I requested a quote from 3 other companies at the same time and still haven’t heard from them. I’m glad to have found him he is great, he showed up when he said he would, he worked quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. He explained what he was doing and even cleaned up after the job was done! Before he even left I saved his number in my phone knowing I would be calling him for future repairs.

I manage several properties in West Philly and American Drainz is my go-to plumbing company. My tenants always compliment the professionalism and the clean work they do, and I never have to worry about callbacks - it's done right the first time. As much as I love them as a best kept secret, I feel obliged to share the wealth. They simply provide great service!

I can't believe all these overwhelmingly high reviews. Scroll down for TLDR. They did not complete the job properly and I had to hire another company to redo the remediation. I'm just relieved that it was caught and I can see many people blindly trusting professionals to do the job (especially companies that often work together) and assume it's been done. Our seller hired this company which was recommended by a testing company -- Mold Inspections & Testing -- who by the way also did a terrible job (unethical). WMF restoration basically cut a small piece of our sink area that had black toxic mold and called it a day when there was clearly wet drywall right next to it. Of course the test passed once the testing company, Mold Inspections & Testing, came back to do the test (they did an air test initially and then a surface test over the paint -- of course it'll pass). They also came back to remove the untreated area and then charged the seller for it.TLDR: I would NOT hire this company to do mold remediation work for all my black toxic mold was NOT CLEAR and don't assume everything is clear if you're using a testing company that recommends them (e.g. MI&T), even if they say so. Hire another testing company that is not associated with WMF to double check their remediation work to receive UNBIASED and ACCURATE testing. I also couldn't find their reviews on Angie's list or other reputable sites -- go figure.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
