They were timely, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. We've now hired them twice and would hire them again!

Sewer was backed up. Called on a Sunday and Tony came out within a couple of hours for an emergency fee (Monday was a holiday). Tried to clean it but ran into issues so he came back out the next day with a camera free of charge. Referred me to an excavating plumber due to an issue at the connection and gave me an estimate on the cost that was in line with what the excavating plumber quoted.Situation sucks, but Tony was awesome through it all.

Travis did everything he said. Very professional and a really honest guy. We would differently recommend his company.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. Called the company trying to talk to the owner about getting some work done, receptionist was rude and wouldnt even let me leave a message?

Pros: came very quickly (DAYS before other local plumbers) and were very friendly to my dogCons: left trash and tile debris all over my bathroom; did not cut bolts used to fasten toilet to flange, just sat caps on them loosely; smears/drips of blood all over toilet, floor and wall; toilet re-installed too close to one wall, not in original spotCalled owner the following day who promised to send a crew to resolve problems. Owner returned my call an hour later to say that one of the complaints was my fault, not theirs (that was true) and to say that the toilet-too-close-to-the-wall issue was unresolvable once it was installedI'm still waiting for that crew to come back as I scrub their blood from my bathroom wall.UPDATE: Notice that the owner's response to any negative review isn't Please contact us - we want to make it right, earn your business and hopefully earn a 5-star review. Instead, EVERY response throws it back on the customer, accuses them of making things up and refuses any accountability, as if the plumbers couldn't have possibly done anything that wasn't 100% perfect. I wish I noticed that beforehand.

The lady's in the office that answer the phones are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to help them with there jobs by contacting other company like peco but other then that the guys that work for this company are very nice and have respect for the customers when they come out.
