My shower and kitchen sink did not have adequate water pressure however my bathroom sink and tub were fine. Tony assessed the problem ,turned the water off, disassembled the units and made the appropriate repairs. My shower and kitchen sink was repaired timely. He was very professional and left the work areas clean.

I had an excellent experience as a customer of Economy Drain - speaking with the owner was pleasant and straightforward. The serviceman Tommy arrived promptly at the beginning of a morning window, performed excellent work and got my drain system flowing perfectly, and was a great guy to talk with on top of everything. He answered my questions about other services and explained all options clearly at every step of the process. I have found my plumbing services provider for the foreseeable future in Kensington!

I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Gaceta plumbing did complete plumbing work on new home. They installed all waterlines and sewer lines. They installed all new plumbing fixtures. The crew was very professional. Will definitely use them again.

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!

Picked up the phone right away on a Saturday afternoon. Was at my home within a few hours. Fixed 2 issues. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will most definitely recommend and use again! Joseph’s was great!

The lady's in the office that answer the phones are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to help them with there jobs by contacting other company like peco but other then that the guys that work for this company are very nice and have respect for the customers when they come out.
