We had a serious cold water leak under our kitchen floor that another plumber would not repair despite telling their dispatcher we could not access the area. Matt and Franky explained everything and additionally pointed out our issues we need to address soon before they become more serious. Called and took my information and was told the service manager would call back in 15 minutes. 24 hours later still nothing. Called another outfit this morning and the gas leak is fixed and house warm again. Making this experience even more disappointing is that this occurred on the coldest day of the polar vortex in 2019.
