The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. First, they were 8hrs LATE. I was told $59 to come out and that would be deducted if any work was done. So in the middle of checking the leak by spraying soap on the pipe he took a 20min business call in my home on my time. There was no gas leak detected so he decided to charged me $149.00 for coming out to check. I said well you said it would be $59 and he got highly aggressive saying he just did work by checking for a leak. He called spraying soap solution on a pipe to detect a leak work. I did not get a written estimate or notification up front of this work he charged me for!!! I got scammed aggressively. Very disappointing and I could not sleep. I should have listened to the vibes I got from the initial call and found someone else because the Ancestors don't lie!!! Can't trust these websites. Also, after he was paid I asked if my pipes were good and he said , the important thing is there is no leak very unprofessional!!!

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.
