I had a representative come out to check with a potential issue with a toilet. Their communication before and after was fantastic! The issue was minor and an easy fix. They were able to explain the issue and what they did to resolve. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Took da Boi 'Jamol' 3 days to install a faucet and Elbow Joint under the Kitchen Sink. Then overcharged us and initially quoted us $1000.00 for the service. Dishonest, inflated prices, and shotty workmanship. When you call and ask that a Supervisor come out and inspect the job and explain the overcharge they just have Ole Boi call back. I'd have given 0 Stars if it were an option.

Matt was wonderful! He called me almost immediately when I requested a quote. I requested a quote from 3 other companies at the same time and still haven’t heard from them. I’m glad to have found him he is great, he showed up when he said he would, he worked quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. He explained what he was doing and even cleaned up after the job was done! Before he even left I saved his number in my phone knowing I would be calling him for future repairs.

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

I called Mike Miller from Miller Plumbing to repair my water heater which was installed by Schneider Plumbing. The relief valve was releasing water every time I used hot water. As it turns out the plumber that installed the water heater 3 years ago did it incorrectly and that caused the problem. First of all, the expansion tank was installed on the hot water pipe, not the cold water intake. Second, they soldered the pipes too close to the actual tank. Third, they forced the water and gas pipes to align with the ports on the tank.Mike determined that the bladder in the expansion tank had failed, probably due to being on the hot water output line. Mike had to remove the magnesium rod and input tube to remove the copper pipes. When reattaching the input and output lines, Mike had to insert angles to accommodate the misalignment of pipes and tank. Finally, he attached the new expansion tank and relief valve. He cleaned all of the solder joints and checked the water pressure to the house.Mike was professional and knew what he was doing. I would hire him again without reservation.I am attaching two photos. The first is of the original installation done by Schneider Plumbing and the second is the finished repair done by Mike Miller.

Nick fixed a leak we had under the sink and then installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system in record time and everything is working perfectly. Extremely professional and knowledgeable - highly recommend.

Everything was great. I called 830pm he was there by 930pm. Unclogged the drain and my life was back to normal. Thanks again, because everyone else I called told me I had to wait!
