They always call before they arrive to tell me their ETA. They are incredibly neat -- always cleaning up when finished. Every time I hire them for a specific job, they go above and beyond that job. I'm so grateful I found them and highly recommend them!

Very quick and efficient service.

I had called based on a friend’s recommendation, and I felt more comfortable knowing the business has been around for quite some time, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Ran into quite a few electrical issues when I purchased my first home, and I didn’t really know where to turn. Scheduling was amazing, and I managed to have someone (John) come out for service very quickly. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and gave me several options for how to remedy the issues, never felt any pressure in making a decision. Very personable, professional, and safe. Explained absolutely everything as he was completing the service, and it’s almost embarrassing to say, but I think he left my house cleaner in the areas he worked on than they were when he got there. Top notch service, would definitely use again for any electrical issues in the future. Would never use anyone else. A++

I don't have enough kind and amazing words to say about Express power. John and Eric were by far the best contractors I have ever had in my home. Firstly, John came right out to my house to give me a formal estimate of a complete house re-wire to replace old knob and tube and to upgrade to 200 amp service. The price was by far better than the 3 other quotes I received. They were able to change scheduling when I had issues with the closing on my house which was so helpful and accommodating. The work was done in an incredibly clean manner and they explained everything as the work progressed. They left the home completely clean from all material and trash. John and Eric were very respectful, kind, and generous even helping us with extra patch work in drywall. I’ve worked with Reggie a number of times already for home projects on multiple occasions. He is always professional, on time, and shows experience in his craft. His prices are fair and he does a great job. He cleans up after his work and even does some minor patchwork for any mistakes made. I would certainly recommend him for any planned electrical idea, you will not be disappointed.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANYI contacted BDE on Thumbtack for an electrical panel install which failed inspection. Ryan said he would take care of it and did not respond to my calls or texts. He also was supposed to credit back for the permit fee and send me a referral fee for my neighbors job which he never did. My neighbor bought parts for installation and he stopped responding and blocked our calls, we have no way of contacting him. Do not use this company or Ryan. Very dissatisfied with this unprofessional service and behavior.
