honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

Sink was stopped up and I used everything but nothing worked. I called and they responded fast. Came the same day. Unclogged my drain. Even offer to come for free if it gets stopped up in next 30 days. Thank you

After just purchasing a newly renovated home, I had a terrible leak and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash technicians came out right away to temporarily stop the leak. The full job was completed the following day and I haven’t had an issues since. The guys they sent out were friendly and explained everything in detail to me. I never felt pressured and learned a lot about my house.

My experience with MTD Drains was an awesome experience. Called them and they came out to snake my sewer line same day. Unfortunately, my sewer line was completely broken and had to replace the pipe front porch to curb. Scheduled that, they took care of everything and they came out exactly on time on scheduled date. The job was completed same day with minimal damages to my concrete and front porch. I def would call them again for other plumber services. Highly recommend.

What a ridiculous experience. After scheduling for 8am, the technician showed up at 10am while I was on a work call and flustered.I was told our faucet needed replacing (no problem) and that we should invest in a better faucet so it lasts this time.After agreeing to a 'better' faucet, he left to pick it up. He was back an hour later and stayed for 30 mins to install.Turned out the total cost was $960(!), and the faucet was only $300. $660 for 30 mins work!? I felt I was intentionally mislead and would never use them again. When I called to ask for an itemized bill, I was told they don't do that, and the lady wasn't interested.Awful service.

A year after I first used them, I had another plumbing emergency (unrelated to their previous work), and once again, they came through and did a great job!! Very conscientious about best approach both for quality of work and financial impact on the customer.

I would not recommend this company. I requested for them to do an inspection of a prospective building sewer waste pipe. The gentlemen was on time but gave me a hard time about payment. Insistent on multiple occasions on getting paid before he left. I called the company to make payment and he still wanted verification. To make the matter worse, when I requested for the video which I paid for immediately on his multiple request, I never received the video. Called back a few times for the video because seller wanted proof. Again, no video. Three weeks later still no video for the payment which was made immediately as requested.

I am so glad I called Gorilla Inc. They were very knowledgeable about my situation and they gave me many options to have it resolved and paid. I will definitely use them again if I have any other future issues.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.
