I had a great experience using Goodman Plumbing. They responded immediately and scheduled an appointment to install our new hot water heater the next day. Nick did the installation, he was on time and explained everything he was going to do in great detail. he worked fast and cleaned up everything before he left. I highly recommend Goodman!

The worst communication I have ever had with a commercial plumbing company. I sent someone out to one of my sites, technician never checked in with anyone who actually worked there. When i tried to get them to go back, i was told sorry there is nothing else we can do Wish there was a 0 star rating i could give. Will NEVER use this company again

My nearly 20 year old water heater quit on a Saturday. From the looks of things it was worse than needing a fix. Most Reasonable Reliable Plumbers, They Came Out & Unclogged My Drain Front To Back In About 10 Minutes. Also GWC , repaired the leak on my water heater . They were clean cut & showed good workmanship. Took them about 20 mins. I will call them for all my plumbing issues.

We had Bob out to snake our drain in our home. Upon pulling pounds of tree roots out of the drain, he had informed us that we would need to have our line to the sewer replaced as it was infiltrated with roots. They got the necessary permits from the city, And came out at the time they said they would. We would absolutely recommend them, and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.Thanks, Bob!
