Would highly recommend Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing..They were on time, informative, professional and very knowledgeable of the job..The owner kept me informed every step of the way. From the moment I contacted their office, the staff was very patient with me with all the questions I had.

No one wants to have to replace your sewer pipes, but if you do, these are your guys. They were responsive, explained every detail of the process, helped us navigate our insurance and did a wonderful job. The guys were friendly, they worked quickly (dug up the sidewalk, replaced the pipe and reset the hole in one day) and left the job site spotless. Very professional, highly recommend!

McClain Bros. was performing work on my neighbor's home. During this process, they drove their truck onto the sidewalk and destroyed our brick and mortar flower bed/planter in front of our home. Three of our neighbors independently witnessed this, took photos, license plate, etc. McClain denies they did it and refuses to repair the damage or take responsibility. Further, their employees were extremely rude during my follow up interactions (with one exception). I would not recommend working with such an unscrupulous outfit, wish I could give Zero Stars.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
