You never would have known they were there besides the beautiful new pipes. Not only was the price great, Tuan was able to come up with a sensible solution that kept the new pipes closer to the wall, made it cheaper and will help with eventually finishing the basement. We used this service attempting to deal with a drain fly issue we’ve been having since we bought our home more than a year ago. This business doesn’t deal with eliminating drain flies per se, but they can help to diagnose the problem and remedy any issues that might be allowing them to breed. After many months of failure with exterminators, we were forced to contemplate a different option. I’ll say that nearly $500 for pipe inspection seems steep, but I think it was worth it in the end. We won’t know the final outcome for many months because cold weather deters drain fly breeding, but Darius was more than attentive doing his job. He was patient, he was thorough, and he answered all the questions we had without any baloney. He did his job well, and he was very friendly. He used his experience to help us troubleshoot our issue and we feel pretty good about our chances to eliminate this issue for good. Thank you to Darius for doing your job well and representing the business well. Zoom drain did a nice job as well. They were polite, informative, and timely. I would recommend this service.

Derrick provides solid service. He's the only plumber we trust to work on plumbing in our house. He's replaced our furnace, fixed bathtubs, and just today replaced our hot water heater. He's on-time, easily accessible by phone, and provides the comfort that your job is a priority. The prices are fair and he is completely transparent about the pricing.
