Mr. Tony was very kind and accommodating with scheduling an appointment in a short timeframe. He was also very professional and informative about the issues I was having and was able to quickly resolve the problem and now my garbage disposal works great. I will definitely be returning if the need arises for his expertise again.

Roger Ross plumbing is professional, well organized and responsive. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. We did have communication hick-ups: I had requested three tasks and the technicians thought they only had two tasks to complete. That discrepancy was settled and a technician came back to complete the third task. Overall, RR Plumbing is reliable and somewhat pricy.

Matt was wonderful! He called me almost immediately when I requested a quote. I requested a quote from 3 other companies at the same time and still haven’t heard from them. I’m glad to have found him he is great, he showed up when he said he would, he worked quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. He explained what he was doing and even cleaned up after the job was done! Before he even left I saved his number in my phone knowing I would be calling him for future repairs.

Before committing to a new garbage disposal that was leaking, Brandon came to make sure it was needed. He explained that sometimes the disposal will work loose, especially if it was not locked in properly which could cause it to leak. Unfortunately, the disposal needed to be replaced. We went to Stanley's Hardware and he made sure I purchased the correct size and horsepower. Came back to replace and was installed and cleaned up in 30 minutes. Brandon came on time. He is always reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to contractors.

Only great things to say about the service! They were able to quickly replace my faucet and were extremely friendly. Also honest about the price. Will definitely be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

Gorilla Inc. were quick to respond to my quote request and come out for the estimate. They demo my wall, removed the debris & installed dry wall in 1 day. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I have already requested them for more work.

Joe is the perfect kind of person and small business I want to give business to. His prices are not exorbitant and are completely fair. He is a hard worker and was incredibly efficient and helpful with getting my parents shower and plumbing fixed. He is trustworthy and honest in telling us what needed to be done or not. Clearly not trying to squeeze more money out of us with work that’s unnecessary. Will absolutely use him again!

Brotherly Love Handyman was truly a great find! They replaced a fence for me and also did some minor door repairs. They did great work at a fair price and were very professional. They were so great to work with that I am also having them replace a hot water heater too. If you want great service & workmanship at a fair price - Brotherly Love Handyman is the place to call. ??UPDATE - New water heater was installed. The work was done professionally & on time. I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Never had a better experience! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to do so. Mr. Wells made me feel so comfortable especially since I have no clue about renovations. He went through everything with me and answered all of my questions. He got my bathroom done in time and it’s beautiful. I would definitely recommend him. I can’t wait to have him redo my floors this summer!
