Whew, Tony not only fit me into his super busy schedule last minute, he saved me from pulling more hair out! Water was leaking into my basement kind of rapidly, and Tony assessed the issue rather quickly and took care of the severe clog. He was honest about what he could do, explained the process and provided recommendations for further cleanup. Would highly recommend.

$350 “service” fees which you would think would leave you with a repaired appliance. Nope. This is only for them to take a look at it!!!! Repair is separate!!! They changed a bathtub diverter for a whopping $735 leaving a giant hole in the drywall. I asked for a more water economical shower head. They replaced my shower head with a cheap one and took the old expensive one I had with them!! Who does that? So I was set back almost $1100 just for changing the diverter and having my shower head stolen. Would never recommend to anyone.

I called Eddie early on a Sunday morning in a snowstorm about a burst pipe that was flooding my rental unit. He was there within an hour and fixed the issue quickly and also guided me on how to navigate the insurance and remediation process. I was lucky to find him! Would recommend him without hesitation. Had an issue with a toilet and tried fixing myself. Got into a little bit of trouble and called Matt. He came over and fixed the toilet and a couple other things on the list no problem. Offered to take his boots off before coming in and was very polite and easy to work with. Highly recommend and will call again if something I can't do comes up.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Sewer and water are working great, and I was impressed with how little evidence remained of the work given the volume of dirt dug up and the amount of concrete hauled around. Highly recommend!
