They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Very rude. I thought I had an appointment arranged then missed a call as I was putting a child to bed. I called within five minutes of the missed call to find he cancelled my request. His response was that's life in the big city. Anyone with this kind of attitude is not worth my business.
