I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Let me just say that Bobby and his team did a fantastic job!! ? ?It seems that the previous owner of my house messed the pipes in the basement which caused my basement to have some leaking problems. Bobby was contacted and he was able to come 1st thing in the morning to check the issue out. When he came he gave me his professional opinion and provided possible solutions. He provided me a (reasonable) estimation for the services. I am doing this review a week after because I wanted to observe if there was still any problems but so far everything is great ? . I had an excellent experience. Joseph sent Bob on a Sunday to inspect a leak in my radiator. I had a price on Monday and installation began on Tuesday. I was made a priority because I had no heat in the winter, which I really appreciated.The price I paid was fair and the job Bob did with the installation was exceptional. I received a new radiator installed underneath the malfunctioning radiator. Once I paint the radiator most people won't even notice there has been a repair. I am very satisfied.
