Bill from East Falls plumbing replaced our water heater. It was an emergency and they squeezed us in that day. We were very happy and had no complaints. Highly recommended local plumber.

Alan was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Alan assessed the problem, gave an estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. He gave me two estimates in the event another task needed to be done. I appreciated the additional estimate rather than get an additional up charge while he was fixing the clog, the leaking faucet, and the old pipe.

I will give them 2 stars because they showed up quickly and were able to fix the problem quickly. However, they wanted to charge $720 to remove a toilet and snake the line. When I told them we will find somebody else, they lowered the price to $620 and acted like they were doing me a favor. I expressed that the price is still way too high for this work, and I was given a spiel about how much work will go into solving the issue. Given our sense of urgency to fix the problem, I reluctantly agreed and told them to go ahead. 45 minutes later, the job is done. Though I appreciate the efficiency, $600+ for 45 minutes of work is highway robbery. They will miss out on a lot of repeat business because of this. Oh, and they left the downstairs bathroom a complete mess. Maybe they have a cleaning department that can come clean the mess for the amicable price of $575!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Adelphia Plumbing to anyone who is having plumbing or leaking issues. I called and spoke with Monique, who was very knowledgeable and competent, and took the time to listen carefully to the four issues I was having. She was very prompt in writing a work order for me and got a technician out the next day. Ryan came and did a wonderful job with everything on the work order. He took his time and when he was finished, he called me to let me know how it all went since I was at work. Joe and Greg were awesome. Real authenic down to earth guys. Joe answers his calls and fits you in, without making you wait days to hear back like the other plumbers I called. I'm happy to have hit the jackpot on finding him on my first experience with a plumber. They replaced 3 old leaking faucets that used the old school gate valves in to easy ball valves. My go to plumber for sure.
