Let me start off by saying that you could not ask for a more efficient & trustworthy person than Tony to fix whatever issue you have. Tony has helped us with several issues ranging from basic toilet clogs, to an issue that was causing our ceiling to leak to replacing our water heater. He most recently completed a job for my uncle within 24 hours from our request. Each & every time Tony has come to perform a job, he arrives exactly at the time he says he will arrive, he is able to easily identify the issue & he efficiently resolves it. His prices are very reasonable. For one particular issue where our ceiling began leaking from our pipe issue, we initially contacted Roto Rooter who wanted us to use our homeowners insurance to pay thousands of dollars for a job that Tony resolved for 1/4 of the price. We were floored. I am so incredibly impressed with this young man & his work. I absolutely recommend Tony for any job you may have. He is amazing & you will NOT regret it! He will always be our go to guy!

I called Drains R Us because my washing machine in the basement was backing up. Also, the sink on my 2nd and 3rd floor was making sounds.The first thing they did upon arrival was ask me Covid 19 related safety questions, take their temperatures, and ask if they could take mine. They had masks on, put on gloves before they came in.They provided a quality service and explained what the issue was. They were extremely honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Overall, Michael and his team did a great job and made this a seamless, hassle free process. Michael, Jason, and Braheem were thorough, friendly, and easy to work with. I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Found Mcloughlin on Kohler’s website. My own plumber was reluctant to work on a Kohler shower. Mcloughlin came out right away, had the part on their truck and took about 15 mins to install it. The service person was great.My only complaint was that I didn’t fully understand that they charge per visit. It cost me $500 to have a part installed that probably cost less than $100.Glad I had it fixed quickly instead of waiting weeks for a part to come in but I should have questioned the bill further before I agreed to move ahead. They do everything on an iPad & I didn’t take the time to read it. The receipt they provided did not provide the actual cost of the part. Seems like they take advantage of unsuspecting customers a bit. I’ll shops around next time before using them again.

The folks at Gaceta were great from start to finish!I had requested a quote through Google and Ronnie from their office called within an hour to confirm some details before providing an accurate and affordable quote that was $700 less than the other plumber I had talked to.They scheduled the install the next morning, and Dave showed up on time, kept me updated, and was courteous and professional.Definitely recommend and will be reaching out to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Throughout the years Brandon has always provided outstanding service. He communicates well is responsive and does great work at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?!

We could not be more pleased with the work and professionalism by DeLuca Plumbing. Joe was very communicative throughout the whole process and available by a simple phone call. He came over and attempted to snake the line, but soon realized there was more of an issue. We felt the quote he gave us was fair and it did not take us long to decide to use his service. We were going to shop around, but talking with Joe during the first visit we knew he could get the job done and he was someone who could be trusted.He was on time both days he had to come out which was important because we had cleaners coming to clean up the basement from the sink overflow in the basement. We felt like the job he had to do would have taken a lot longer and even though it was just Joe and a helper he dug up the ground, figured out the extent of the clog, cut and replaced the pipes, and filled back in the whole with concrete within half a day. It is crazy how satisfying it is to have the washer empty into the sink and the water actually goes down the drain like normal.We have Joe of DeLuca Plumbing to thank and would obviously recommend him to anyone who needs anything done with plumbing work.
