The first plumber (Jeff) that came out to the house had a nasty attitude and I’ indirectly was asking for More money than was agreed upon. The second, had a better attitude but Still was trying to get more money from us and as you can see by the photo he came into our Home with a GUN!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

Finally I found a plumber that did what was promised. Actually he even did a little bit extra. I called them to service my toilet that was leaking from underneath somewhere. After he finished he unclogged my sink n bathtub for free.He has a amazing work ethic but what was different about him was that when he talked about plumbing you could see that he loved everything about it. It was a joy to talk to him and the price was perfect. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber n they both thanked me.
