Came home Sunday night to find our hot water heater on the fritz, left a message with them at 11:30pm that night and they were here at 8am on Monday. By 10am we were up and running with a new heater. Good stuff.

Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!

We should've got a Baikal Mechanical AHU years ago. Oh well. Important thing is that we have one now. Working with Baikal Mechanical was enjoyable at every stage. And because things went so well at the design phase, there were no major issues during fabrication or installation. Regarding installation, they got this done in just one day. I definitely thought it was going to take them longer at the outset. Nope! Just goes to show how experienced, skilled, and talented they are! We live in a condo and had a couple of leaks (old pipes) into our downstairs neighbors bathroom and kitchen. The leaks were found the Thursday before Labor Day weekend, and we live across from the Art Museum, so roads were closed due to the Made in America concerts.Despite the challenges, Adelphia managed to get someone to do a survey and estimate on Friday, and the leaks were fixed on Tuesday after Labor Day. Our plumber arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, documented with photos for our insurance company, and the price was very reasonable.We had a delay getting the quote due to concert road closures, but the actual plumbing work was excellent!
