I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! I called Thompson Plumbing when my garbage disposal broken after I had gotten a glass stuck in it. I tried clearing it myself but it still wasn't working and wasn't draining. Instead of charging me $150 for an easy fix, they walked me through it on the phone and the method worked like a charm. If I ever have any real plumbing issues they will be the first call i make from now on!

We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!! Jack Bridges the technician was outstanding needs a pay raise definitely! He continued to troubleshoot issue, until solved. Dispatch was quick and so was responsiveness and communications.

Great service, affordable prices and honorable work

Matt was wonderful! He called me almost immediately when I requested a quote. I requested a quote from 3 other companies at the same time and still haven’t heard from them. I’m glad to have found him he is great, he showed up when he said he would, he worked quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. He explained what he was doing and even cleaned up after the job was done! Before he even left I saved his number in my phone knowing I would be calling him for future repairs.

Kevin came out and fixed my plumbing needs when no one else would show up and on time would not give up till it was fixed would definitely use again and recommend to all my friends and family.

A total of 6 in-house units were installed in this major job, including 2 heat pump condensers. Commercial & Industrial Heating And Cooling Philadelphia helped me design the system so it worked effectively and didn't detract from the house's beauty. The contractors were all excellent professionals and hard workers and they knew how to explain things or present options in a way that is understandable. Definitely a keeper!

Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.

We live in a condo and had a couple of leaks (old pipes) into our downstairs neighbors bathroom and kitchen. The leaks were found the Thursday before Labor Day weekend, and we live across from the Art Museum, so roads were closed due to the Made in America concerts.Despite the challenges, Adelphia managed to get someone to do a survey and estimate on Friday, and the leaks were fixed on Tuesday after Labor Day. Our plumber arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, documented with photos for our insurance company, and the price was very reasonable.We had a delay getting the quote due to concert road closures, but the actual plumbing work was excellent!
