I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! I will definitely be calling them in the future if ever I need service again and highly recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

Had 2 toilets installed today and the guys were great! They are very neat! Vacuumed up all the debris! Very friendly! Would definitely recommend them!

On August 6th, 2019, I had a new Curbtrap and Lateral pipe replaced in the front of my home by Bill Frusco Plumbing Co. I must say that I was very pleased and happy with their work. They were also easily accessible by phone if I had any questions or concerns. I joined a special program sponsored by the City of Philadelphia called American Water Resources. It covers repairs and new street pipes for Philadelphia residents. You just have to pay a monthly charge which is very very reasonable for the consumer. It is a great program!! They contracted me out to Bill Frusco Plumbing Company. I recommend all Philadelphians to join American Water Resources since it will dramatically cut the high costs of hiring a private plumber.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

I have used McLoughlin Plumbing on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the honest work the service technician has provided. Most recently I called on a Thursday afternoon to see if someone could come the next afternoon and even asked for a specific time. They did it! The work was done quickly and when I asked for advice about future work that should be done, I got an honest answer - nothing urgent! Can't really say how their prices compare, but I feel I am being treated fairly.

I’ve use this company in the past. I always call them when I need Freon replacement. They’re pretty reliable and good, however I had an emergency and I had no heating. I needed someone to come out on a Sunday. The only day available with the following day Monday. Now ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue but tonight is going to be 25°. I can’t suffer. That is why I gave them three stars. They are a good company now but if you need someone to come out for an emergency you might not be able to rely on them.

We have an 80+ year house with many issues. I had a disaster with a previous plumber, no names. John came in an in one afternoon, corrected all the problems left behind. They know there stuff.
