Sam is extremely knowledgeable, good at what he does, kind and professional. He explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly! These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. I am a 82 yr. old handicapped widow on social security. I DO NOT LIE!!The only reason I let him in my house a second time is because he said he would fix my flange (he already knew my floor was warped when he promised to fix it) I thought he felt bad for overcharging me for the valve.Josephs was supposed to fix a valve in one bathroom and a flange in another. I was charged $425. to fix a valve. It took 10 minutes and a $18.00 part. A RIPOFF. When I complained to Joseph, he said he would fix my flange for $500. no matter what. He came the next day with a plumber I had requested he not bring because he was rude to me when he was fixing the valve.As Joseph entered my home, he was already revising his statement. Now he said he would do what he could do to fix the flange (a little different then fixing no matter what.). He charged me $300. and said the flange was fixed. Next day I had a carpenter in to tell me how much it would be to fix the floor and he said the flange was not fixed.I paid $725. and all Joseph's Affordable Plumbing did was fix the valve.
